Kathak Dance mimics the whirling energies through the fast spinning turns, connecting the feet to 
the earth with infinite rhythmic patterns. All of these elements  reflect a wide range of emotions and
hand gestures which evoke expression from the heart chakra. Kathak is a manifestation of the interaction 
of the chakras,which are associated with the seven basic levels of consciousness. interpenetration of the
physical body spinmning in a wheel-like manner, attracting or repelling activity on their particular plane.
Metaphysiics states that everything in the universe is made of sound. Within each thing there is a symbolic
